This was actually filmed before the Ultra Polymer case video, but only got round to uploading it now. This is a cheaper Chinese case that is listed under many different brand names on eBay and Amazon. Its easy to recognise the case due to the AI Autofocus branding on the back.

I purchased the case from eBay for £9.99
