IMPORTANT: This applies to any repair/OS hack - To avoid serious Windows file\registry corruption - always make sure the Windows system is not in the middle of a Windows Update cycle by restarting it several times first.
Always use SHIFT+Shutdown or Restart when rebooting (do not just click on Shutdown as it may shutdown in a semi-hibernate fast-boot state which affects the registry)!

By booting from an Easy2Boot USB drive, we can semi-automate the UtilMan.exe hack without needing to type in long Windows commands. Just type '2' to create a new ADMIN account and when finished, type '3' to restore the hacked files.
This should patch all copies of Windows on all disks in the system.
The example shown is using Easy2Boot v2.06.
