FFmpeg is a super useful video codec tool that is ridiculously complicated to set up and use. Maybe some day the devs will come up with a standardized installer and make this video useless, but until then this video describes how to install ffmpeg and set the path variable in windows 7 and 10 so it can be used anywhere on your PC.
