After a Windows 10 update my FrSky Taranis would no longer work with Velocidrone or AirSim. In the video I cover AirSim, but this fix applies to any FPV drone simulator that supports USB connection with a FrSky TX.
This was a royal pain to figure out, but a shout out to Painless 360 for giving me a kick start in the right direction:

The key is if you can't rollback your Windows 10 USB driver then you should "update" it to a previous version. Then you should see your Taranis show up in the list of USB gaming controllers.
I hope this saves someone out there a bit of time.
