To hard reset Samsung Duos 2 steps are as follows
1. Switch of the mobile
2. Press the power + volume up + home button together
3. As the Samsung logo appears remove the fingers from the power button but keep pressing the other two button
4. Then recovery menu will appear here select wipe data / factory reset and then delete all user data
Hard reset process done...
