It's short, but I ramble for like 8 minutes afterwards. Essentially, it's done automatically via your iPhone. When you unpair the watch, it creates a backup, so that if you upgrade, or use yours again, the data will be restored. Somehow it took me 10 minutes to explain this. Smh. #AppleWatch #Apple
