Hi, this video shows you how to connect the Xbox One S Controller (the one with Bluetooth) to a Samsung Galaxy J3 Android Phone. Often it takes 2 attempts to connect but you don't have to touch anything as it will disconnect and reconnect automatically, once it reconnects it will then stay connected until you either turn off the controller or turn off Bluetooth.
To reconnect your Controller to your Xbox One or Xbox One S you need to re sync it. You can re sync by using the charging lead from your console to the controller or hit the sync (pair) buttons on both the console and the controller.
This will not work with the original Xbox One controller as that one doesn't have Bluetooth.
