1. Press and hold the following keys. Power, Volume up and Down.
2. Remove the hold from the power key after vibration, continue to hold volume up and down.
3. Presented with the android recovery menu, select factory reset/wipe phone.
4. Select yes, then select reboot system now and you're finished.
