Here's a video tutorial on how to install Android 4.3 on the Samsung Galaxy SL i9003. This ROM is developed by Dhiru from xda developers and is currently in development stage. At the point of uploading this video, Alpha 3 version of this firmware has been released. However, for the purpose of this video, I have used Alpha 1 of the same firmware.

This ROM is officially known as CyanogenMod 10.2 and has been developed by Dhiru, codeworkx, sconosciuto and Adi_Pat from xda developers. Full credit and all thanks to these developers.
