Microsoft Office 365 Setup for Self-Service Password Reset:

As per the updated password reset policy all the Students/Parents and Teachers using Office 365/ Teams-ids will have to Setup for the Self-Service Password Reset.

This can be achieved by adding a phone number or secondary email-id by the user.

The setup process will initiate automatically on First Time Login to portal.office.com

Only upon successful Setup for the Self-Service Password Reset:
-The Students/Parents and Teachers will able to reset the password on their own instantly using Forgot Password option.
-Alternatively, all users can reset the password instantly by signing in to
portal.office.com----select My Account-----Password
