If your laptop is locked b'coz you forgot the password. Then don't worry ! just see this video and follow the steps. I'm saying this b'coz few days ago I also got familiar with this problem, and I was so confused. I also called the company but I didn't get the solution. They were suggesting me some steps and there too my laptop ask for password. So overall I didn't get any solution from there! But after sometime I did this by my own by resetting my laptop without using USB flash drive. And because my laptop was new so, there are no any files or folders, which make me easier to reset the laptop #WINDOWS10. So lastly I want to say that don't get too much hard, take it simple and do it. If this video helped you frnds then please let me know by your comments.
