We tried Globe's 5G network in BGC on the new Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G flagships smartphone.

Note: For now, 5G at Globe will only work if you have a postpaid line on select areas. One of them is in Bonifacio High Street near the BGC Globe Iconic Amphitheater.

Also, note that 5G is still in the development stage in the Philippines. We believed that the speed here is still capped by Globe. For Smart users, Smart is in the rollout stage as well.

Expect faster speeds and more areas with 5G before the year ends.
