Commands Used In The Video [Run POWERSHELL as administrator]

1. Enable WSL 2

Enable-WindowsOptionalFeature -Online -FeatureName Microsoft-Windows-Subsystem-Linux

REBOOT The Computer

2. Enable Virtual Machine Platform:

dism.exe /online /enable-feature /featurename:VirtualMachinePlatform /all /norestart

dism.exe /online /enable-feature /featurename:Microsoft-Windows-Subsystem-Linux /all /norestart

REBOOT The Computer

3. Download Linux Kernel: https://aka.ms/wsl2kernel

SET DEFAULT TO WSL 2
wsl --set-default-version 2

CHECK VERSION
cat /etc/os-release

4. Installing GUI: Graphical User Interface:

sudo apt update && sudo apt upgrade -y

sudo apt install kali-desktop-xfce -y

5. Installing and starting XRDP:

sudo apt install xrdp -y

sudo service xrdp start

6. To get the IP Address of the Kali Machine

ip add

7. When you are done using Kali Linux it is best to shut down the xrdp server by running sudo /etc/init.d/xrdp stop at the Kali Linux Rolling prompt. Enjoy!
