The Samsung Galaxy S Advance has quite an impressive browser.
There are three things that you must factor in to understand the performance of a mobile browser:
1. The speed with the which it loads a website
2. Pinch and zoom functionality
3. Scrolling

The Galaxy S advance browser loads websites that are image heavy quite quickly. Obviously this would also depend on the your 3G connection speed and/or your local wi-fi internet bandwidth. Given your internet is fast, the browser quickly loads a website.

Pinch and zoom is slightly less responsive all though it functions smoothly. That is, it responses slightly late to the finger touch however it executes pinch ad zoom effortlessly.

Scrolling on the S Advance browser is very good. I did not experience any lag or delay while scrolling through pages.

You can definitely improve your browsing experience by installing third party browsers such Dolphin HD.
