1.Turn off your phone
2.Press together power on + volume up + home button until Samsung logo appears on screen
3.Browse with volume buttons "wipe data/factory reset" and select it with home button
4.Choose "yes" and press home button to select it
5.Select "reboot system now"
6.Wait until the phone restarts
