This video shows how to take apart the entire phone, including how to remove the keyboard, and the headphone jack from the mother board. The Super Amoled screens are pretty expensive to replace, mostly because the screen itself costs so much. Doing it yourself is the way to go. You are attempting this repair at your own risk.
