Please note I used the following gapps with this rom:
gapps_ics_4.0.3_v11
This is because the rom cant be supplied with google apps already cooked into rom.
This rom is very usable and despite being experimental i have used it with no issues other than the following known ones:

MTP File Transfer partially broken (USB Sharing)
Media Scanner makes CPU go crazy
HW codecs aren't used
Wrong Pixel format (green line on Youtube, wrong colors)
video recording broken on camera
crashes when using face effects on camera
FM Radio: not implemented
TV Out: not working yet
Secure Containers: Installing of big apps fails.
