If you forgot your screen lock follow these steps.
1-Press volume up + power button
2-Release Keys of the phone when Samsung logo appear
3-Press sensitive key from left corner to enter in recovery mode
4-Choose with volume buttons wipe data/factory reset and select it with home button
5-Choose -yes- with volume buttons and select it with home button
6-Select "reboot"
7-Wait until the phone restart
That's all
