here is my phone malfunctioning, before i sent it in for servicing. the back button triggers independently, making the phone unusable. Don't forget to check out my remarkably similar video of my phone malfunctioning AFTER a trip to the repair depot. The tricky part is that a factory data reset, the tech's first step, appears to fix the problem, but unfortunately it only works for an hour or so, then the problem returns...
