Both the Samsung Galaxy S10 and S10 Plus have a front camera cutout (aka HOLE). The S10 has a full circle cutout while the S10 Plus has a pill-shaped cutout. Though personally they do not bother me, Samsung gives you the option to actually HIDE them if necessary.
