Learn how to enable or disable smart screen smart stay on the Samsung Galaxy S4.

This feature allow the phone to stay on as long as you eye is looking at it. So it uses the front camera to detect your eye motion.
Once the phone is idle for a period of time, and your eye is not looking at it then it switch off the screen.
