This video shows a workaround for the Samsung Galaxy S4 Wifi Dropping Issue. Apparently the new Galaxy S4 has a new and very advanced wifi chip that doesn't work well with older routers. This video will hopefully help you get around this issue. I only tested it on my D-Link rounter, but will test in on other rounters I've had issues with and will let you know the results.
