If you're thinking about getting a Ricoma Embroidery Machine you may want to see what's going on behind the scenes before you shop with them. To be honest, I almost didn't want to upload this video but I feel we have to protect the YouTube community at all cost! The reason I do LOTS & LOTS of research before I buy anything is for this exact reason. This company has attempted to lowball me numerous times & I let it slide; But after finding out they're controlling the reviews, I have to call them out of the BS. They just don't get it; I truly value myself & what I do! Though many people have made fake reviews for them, I will NOT be one of them. Ricoma claims to sell HUNDREDS of machines on the regular yet have no budget for promotion. If they're really selling so many machines, I'd like to know how many of those customers are actually satisfied with their purchase? How many have successfully been able to run a business using their products? Why aren't they confident enough in their product to allow people to be honest about their experience without banning them? Why do the people who promote Ricoma products actually OWN other brands of machines instead? Why is Ricoma the only one posting reviews about their products? Is that why people can only buy directly from them & no companies carry their machines in store? I also noticed how the fake reviewers RAVE about loving Ricoma so much ... How is that possible for them to say in the very first unboxing video? They haven't even set up the machine yet but they love it? Looking on these channels & noticing they have NO videos about embroidery is another red flag. It may be easy to deceive beginners who know nothing about embroidery, but you cant fool everybody. Is this just shady business? or am I taking it too personal? Either way I feel highly disrespected by Ricoma & what they're doing to the community. I'd shop elsewhere if I were you. #NeverDenyMe
