I personally hate the Samsung GS3. I'm constantly trying to improve my homescreens. I dont like touchwiz nor holo UI. But I love android.
I found this launcher which reminded me of my WIN7 customization - rainmeter.
To make a long story short, you have the ability to do anything you want. No more restrictions...

This is my setup:
Samsung galaxy S3
Android revolution HD ROM (thanks, mike)
Buzz homepack launcher
LMT launcher (pie control)
and a lot more widgets..
