There are two resetting methods. When one method does not work, you can try another one.
The First resetting method:
Step 1: Put two earbuds back into the charging case, wait for their indicator lights go on red.
Step 2: Take them out and tap 4 times quickly. After the number 4th tap, without letting your hands go, continue to hold the touch area until the indicator lights flash red and blue alternately (Note: This step should begin within 5 seconds after taking out the earbuds, or it will do not work).
Step 3: Put them back into the charging case.
Step 4: Two earbuds will reset and restart with the default settings.
