A short video I made on how to edit/customize the shortcuts on the lock screen for Android 4.3and 4.2.2 on a Samsung Galaxy S3.
EDIT: Some people were having troubles getting to the "shortcut switch".
If you have your phones lockscreen on "pattern" it will not let you use the "shortcut switch"
Set your lockscreen to "swipe" and you can use the "shortcut switch"
