I show you how to change the lock screen shortcuts that let you unlock your phone directly to a specific app on the Samsung Galaxy S3. The Galaxy S3 and it's TouchWiz user interface lets you customize up to four apps to show up on the lock screen.

To change the app shortcuts, go to the phone's settings, then go to the security tab, tap on lock screen options, then shortcuts (the actual text not the switch), and then press and hold on one of the shortcuts to remove it and a + icon will appear. Press that to add a new app to the set.
