Galaxy S5 Wifi Issues-- keeps dropping, super slow, etc- 10 Second Possible Fix

This will help about 30% of you. For the rest I apologize if this does not fix your problem. Thank you.

-Go into you wifi settings
-Click on your network (you may have to disconnect if you are already connected) or hold down on your connected network then select "modify network config".
-Click on "show advanced options
- Change DHCP to Static

If your “connect button is greyed out you need to type in your routers IP address (default gateway). Then type in your password.
Your router address depends on your router brand. I use a Linksys router and the address is 192.168.1.1. 
Many routers will use 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1. You can type "ipconfig" in the command prompt on your computer to find your routers IP address (Default Gateway). Or just google your router brand.
