Galaxy S7 / S7 Edge: Black Screen / Display Not Coming On / Black Display - Quick Fix

If your Samsung Galaxy S7 or S7 Edge (Galaxy S8 / S8 Plus) is experiencing a black screen and you know its on as you can see some lights ( LED notifications light, menu, and back button) light up or hear text messages or phone calls or feel it vibrating then try these easy 4 possible solutions. One of these 4 steps should get most of you up and running. I just had this issue when i tried to factory reset my S7 but have had these issues with all my previous Galaxy phones. If these steps don't work then there are other steps that may get it up and running but I only posted the easiest and fastest possible methods. Comment if it doesn't work for you and I will make another video with the other steps.

While the phone is on-
1- hold down volume down rocker and power button simultaneously for at least 20 seconds until your screen comes back on.
2- hold down volume UP rocker and power button simultaneously for at least 20 seconds until your screen comes back on.
3- hold down volume UP rocker, power button, & home button simultaneously for at least 20 seconds until your screen comes back on.
4- hold down volume Down rocker, power button, & home button simultaneously for at least 20 seconds until your screen comes back on.
