Sorry for not making steps clear in the video.

1. Remove Battery and Battery Door
2. Put Battery and Battery Door Back Into Phone
3. Press and Hold the Volume up and down button, power button all at once.
4. When the phone vibrates, remove the hold on the power button and continue to hold the volume up and down.
5. You will be presented with a system recovery menu.
6. Select Factory Data Reset with Power button, You can scroll up and down with volume keys.
7. Select delete all user data and wait for it to complete.
8. Select Reboot System now, and you are all set!
