To get started , make a backup of your stuff .
You are on Android 2.3.6 and have the Galaxy S1 -GT i9000


step 1

Go into download mode and flash CF-ROOT-XX_CWM with the ODIN in this package .

Step 2

After reboot , kick out battery and go into Recovery MODE


Step 3

You now see CWM recovery , go to MOUNT , and MOUNT USB
Your phone is now present in Windows , copy the Jellybean of your choice , IOS or
Carbon ROM , they are both the same and created by Developer Aways
all credits to him including the IOS rom i MOdded for myself and some fans .
Also Copy the MacKain Kernel to the internal of your S1 Gt i9000

Step 4

Now go to Wipe and wipe data factory reset in CWM , then hit install from SD Card
and find your Jellybean Carbon ROM or Jelly-IOS-ROM , flash it , ...

Step 5

If you dont want to waiste any time , reboot back into recovery .
Do a WIPE DATA FACTORY RESET WIPE CACHE WIPE DALVIK
Now it's time to hit install , and select the MACKAIN KERNEL TWRP

Step 6

REBOOT BACK INTO RECOVERY , you now see a RED beautiful MACKAY Lofo and TWRP 2.8
Don't wipe yiou already just did in CWM , just HIT install and select Android 6.01 IOS the Full-Advance-6.0.1 rom both the same and developed by Sooti - and IOS one only themed to IOS by me.
Flash it in the RED MACKAY TWRP ....

Reboot , select NO for fixing ROOT..

Congratulations , You just upgraded your Legendary S1 i9000 to Android 6.0.1
the very best ROM available in Nov 2018 .

After many hours of testing , this is what I found
in 2018 as the best and most functional Firmware
for this classic collectors item in mint state i9000.

I will zip sll roms tools and info text later this day
and so you also csn take your part in to this if you also are a lucky owner of tjis spectaculair once phone of the Year in the Netherlands but im sure also in other parts of this world .
