Taking a glance at Lineage OS 14.1 (Android 7.1.2 Nougat) for Samsung Galaxy S3 Neo. This Custom ROM works perfectly in both variants, i.e., GT-I9300I & GT-I9301I.

The device shown in this video is actually GT-I9300I. But after flashing this ROM, the device name changed to GT-I9301I.


Installation:

First, make sure that you have the latest bootloader.

1. Boot into TWRP/CWM Recovery
2. Wipe /data (not /data/media)
3. Wipe /system
4. Wipe dalvik/cache
5. Flash ROM
6. Flash RIL fix (if sims are not detected)
7. Flash offline charging fix (if you need it)
8. Install GApps
9. Wipe dalvik/cache
10. Reboot

Done!
