Your Samsung Galaxy Note 8 actually has two pre-installed web browser; the Internet and Chrome. The former comes with firmware and may have been modified by Samsung while the latter is one of Google’s mandatory apps that should come with every Android device. The error message “Unfortunately, Chrome has stopped” is clearly notifying you that Chrome has crashed for some reason.
